Gaming Arcade is an application leveraging the Polygon blockchain network, allowing users to own, transfer in case of win or lose (In a game). Through the App and Website, users can view their tickets and obtain tickets packs. Zelta Labs LLC. operating as Gaming Arcade ("Gaming Arcade," "we," or "us") provides access to the App and Website. However, before utilizing the App or the Site, you must review these Terms of Use and any incorporated terms and conditions (collectively, "Terms"). PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE APP OR THE SITE. THEY GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE APP, THE SITE, AND ANY PURCHASES UNLESS WE HAVE A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT WITH YOU. Our gaming, all content and materials contained therein, including without limitation, the software, design, text, graphics, and images, are owned or licensed by Gaming Arcade and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You are solely responsible for any content that you upload, post, or transmit on social media. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use, upload, post, or transmit such content, and that such content does not infringe on any third-party rights. You are responsible for every content you upload, thereby before uploading content you must be acknowledged that the content does not hurt sentiments in any aspect. Payments

We may involve the use of cryptocurrencies, and you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations related to the use of cryptocurrencies in your country. You are responsible for all charges associated with the use of our platform and asked by the country's government to apply.

Our Crypto Gaming Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
